All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs will automatically be added during checkout based on the country and the volumetric weight of the package.
We try our hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. However, at peak periods, this may not be possible.
We use EasyParcel as our chosen and trusted delivery partner and deliveries can be tracked on EasyParcel
Please be informed that EasyParcel uses volumetric weight to calculate the courier charge prices. We have 3 size boxes that we use to carefully pack your items so it does not get damaged during transit.
Small – 27cm x 27cm x 8cm = approx. 1.5kg (Accessories, Small Leather Goods, Clothing)
Medium – 36cm x 27.5cm x 13cm = approx 3 kg (Shoes, Medium Bags)
Large – 50cm x 40 cm x 20cm = approx. 9 kg (Large Bags, Multiple Items)
