Our team carefully handpick each item on Portluxe, so we hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. All items on Portluxe are pre-owned and the condition of each item is clearly mentioned on the website and you should bear these in mind before purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes it doesn’t fit or it may not be quite what you were looking for. So, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a return and refund.

 

HOW DO I RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM?

Inform the Portluxe team within 7 days of receiving the shipment by emailing at customerservice@portluxe.com.my to obtain a returns authorisation number.  Please note that Portluxe reserve the right to refuse unidentified order returns.

CAN MY RETURN AND REFUND GET REJECTED?

The item should be returned in the same condition as when you received it,with the original Portluxe tags. Where provided, belts, straps and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and leather tags should be included with your return.Returns that are not in the condition of purchase may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer without a refund.

  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET REFUNDED?

Within 7 business days of receiving your returned item, we will process your request and the store credit or LUXE CASH would be issued. Your refund excludes the return shipping charges, delivery cost or import duties from when you placed the order. Please kindly be noted that we will only be able to proceed with a store credit refund in the form of LUXE CASH. Email notification will be sent to you once the store credit has been issued. Again, please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been deemed to be unworn and in original condition.
