1. STUDIO ASSISTANT

 
- Assist photographer with photoshoots for product catalog and marketing materials
- Process and retouch images for optimum results
- Work with ad-hoc promotion and campaign.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure creative ideas and visuals are according to brief.
- Perform design tasks in executing marketing campaigns.
- Must be able to follow instructions, standards and procedures

 

Requirements

- At least 1 yr of working experience in related fields is required for this position
- Knowledge of technique, principles, and equipment of modern photography
- Experience working in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop mandatory. Experience working in Adobe Illustrator preferred.

2. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 

The Marketing Executive will report into and work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in the origination and delivery of all the key offline and online marketing and communications collateral, promotions and campaigns to deliver against agreed business targets and marketing KPIs to lead to revenue growth for the brand.

- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop appropriate promotional and marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, sales and margin.
- Utilise Google analytics, internal reports, trends and competitor research to understand how customers are engaging with the site in order to constantly improve performance, effectiveness and efficiency of online merchandising to increase sales and profit
- Assist in the day to day administration and tasks for the team and support delivery of adhoc projects and general administrative duties as required
- Assist and develop the strategic marketing plan/calendar to effectively grow and optimise the retail business’s objectives
- Able to create fully integrated marketing messages both online and offline, social Media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Blogs, Newsletters
- To respond to social media queries in a timely manner
- Ensure strategies are executed effectively and efficiently on time.
- Co-ordinate with third party agencies and PR companies to ensure strategies are aligned, by monitoring creative projects and market research to ensure POS is on brand.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working in a similar role within for a retail or fashion environment
- Experience of brand marketing and of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Creative flair and the ability to translate ideas across marketing collateral in an exciting way.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- The ability to work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy
- Team player – builds relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development
- Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Great attitude, personal style, and sense of humor
- Possesses own transportation

 

 

3. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

This role is responsible for assisting the team in all aspects of the company and to ensure a smooth transition of the product life cycle.

 

Stock Management

- Ensuring that orders are accurately placed and relayed purchase order information to vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensuring all received stock are inputted to the buying sheets accurately and ensure all information is detailed and readily accessible by other teams.
- Compile the product details for product uploads. E.g. measurements. chasing product photos, product details.
- To assist in product creation for our website - Product details – description, fitting notes, condition records, image upload etc.
- Supporting in managing the product storage.

 

Administrative support

- To Work and maintain good relationship with the Operations, Marketing and Buying teams to answer queries.
- Perform weekely sales analysis activities based on sales reports; to assist in monitoring sales level to determine stock adjustments  and replenishment.
- Attending weekly updates and scheduled meetings
- Taking comprehensive notes and minutes in meetings when required
- Assisting in photoshoot/product shoot sessions, providing administrative support
- Assisting the Marketing team with creating moodboards for future photoshoot campaigns.
- Updating and filing all product data requirement.
- Assisting in general team administration: managing phone calls, post, courier and parcel collections and other ad hoc admin duties
